Your Ultimate Night Routine

You definitely won’t have heard it here first, but we do strongly believe the perfected night routine is essential for a motivated and productive day. Your morning routine starts the night before and all that… Well here it is, our perfected night routine to set you up for the next day…

6.30pm - Get home from work

Realistically (for once) night routines need to adapt to our working lives. Just because you work a 9-5 doesn’t mean you are at home ready to start winding down at 5pm (if you are then good for you!).

Take the day off

This could mean quickly wiping your make up off or this could mean doing your full skin care and shower routine. I personally like to have a shower and do my full skin care routine so as I wind down through the evening, I can to bed as soon as I want!

Change in to comfy clothes

Is there anything better then being in your PJs or comfy co-ords as your winding down for the evening after wearing your work clothes all day? I think not.

Make a healthy dinner

I say healthy, but who really cares. This could you be your every day night routine or it could be a pampering treat, and if it’s a treat, then have that pizza and glass of wine!

Meal prep for the next day

I am a big believer in making your lunch for the next day, the night before. Who has the time to make lunch when you’re rushing before work, not me, and if you already have lunch pre=made for you, you are less likely to spend money in Starbucks on your lunch break!

Tidy your environment

There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning and your environment is clean and tidy. I always say, tidy room, tidy mind, and it really is the truth!
